I never do this but I wanted to write to you to say THANK YOU for
making your amazing gluten free bread. I don’t even really like bread
normally, and I’ve recently gone gluten free and have been dreading
the dry, boring products, and then I tried your quinoa and amaranth
breads and I am in heaven! I literally ate half one loaf just plain
when I first got it because it was so moist and tasty! Ah the best.
So thank you and keep doing what you are doing :)
